INTRODUCTION

My name is Terry John Quarshie, and I come from Accra, Ghana. I am currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Ghana Communication Technology University, where I am building a strong foundation in technology, design, and business. At the moment, I am gaining hands-on experience through an attachment at a web hosting company, which allows me to explore practical applications of IT while sharpening my creative and problem-solving abilities. Beyond academics, I have a deep passion for technology, design, and business development. I also enjoy music and reading, which inspire my creativity and broaden my perspective. Looking ahead, my vision is to become a successful entrepreneur by establishing a wholesale company, combining my interest in business with my skills in technology and design. I see myself as a creative and team-oriented individual, always ready to learn, adapt, and grow.

MY FAMILY

want to know them?

I come from a close-knit family of six: my mom, dad, two brothers, my sister, and myself. Each of them plays an important role in shaping the person I am today. One of the values I cherish most about my family is hard work. Growing up, I’ve watched my parents and siblings commit themselves to their goals, and that has always motivated me to do the same. Beyond that, my family has been a constant source of discipline and encouragement, guiding me to stay focused on my dreams while reminding me of the importance of perseverance. Their support has not only influenced my journey in education and career but also continues to inspire me to become the best version of myself.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

How it started!!

My educational journey began at Pinnacle School and later Cefelix Academy, where I completed my basic education between 2009 and 2018. Afterward, I attended Adonten Senior High School from 2018 to 2021, where I had the privilege of serving as the Main Dorm Monitor for House 1. During my final year, I was honored as the Best Mathematics Student in the practical exams, an achievement that still motivates me. I further pursued tertiary studies at Takoradi Technical University (TTU) in 2023 before continuing my academic path at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), where I am currently studying Information Technology. Interestingly, IT wasn’t my first choice—it came by chance—but along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy media, technology, and creative solutions. Education has shaped me into a computer-literate, disciplined, and adaptive individual, preparing me not just academically but also in leadership and teamwork.
